Novalis is the most important religious publisher in Canada. Founded in Ottawa in 1936 by the Oblates of Mary Immaculate, it publishes periodicals and books, primarily in the spiritual and religious fields, in English and in French. Well-known for its missalette Living with Christ, Novalis is also the publisher of other periodicals, as well as around 50 new books every year, of which at least half are written in English.
Novalis wishes to express the Christian faith in modern society in an accessible and comprehensible manner. As a publisher, Novalis provides original and affordable works which enable the readers to know more about their Christian heritage and to better live their faith in a changing world. Novalis also wants to help men and women to face the challenges of today's world by supporting their values. Living With Christ/ Prions en Eglise

Living With Christ is a complete liturgical and prayer resource for Roman Catholics published every month with special issues for Christmas and Easter. Published in two convenient formats (regular and Large Print), each issue has the complete texts and readings for all Sunday, Feast Day and daily Masses, the Order of the Mass, as well as brief, thoughtful reflections, morning and evening prayer, a calendar of saints and timely articles. The French equivalent is Prions en Eglise.
